Ron Hinsley from the Fairtrade Foundation will be talking about the book ‘Banana Wars and other Fairtrade Battles’ as well as the Foundation’s uphill struggle from its inception.
The ‘Fairtrade Everyday Cookbook’ will also be introduced.
